About Wildfire Learning
Wildfire Learning LLC is a boutique consulting agency specializing in the design of core communication practices that carry your organization’s culture.
We specialize in applying a communication practice “lens” for integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into everyday interaction patterns; designing teamwork culture and communication processes; and training leaders to “dial in” their authentic leadership style.
Meet the Founder/CEO
Hello! I’m Jody Jahn. I founded Wildfire Learning after nearly a decade as a frontline worker in wildland firefighting and Antarctic science logistics, and nearly two decades as a researcher at top research universities.
Wildfire Learning is a boutique, high-touch consultancy focused on customizing solutions to your organization’s DEI, team design, and leadership development needs.
As Founder, I am the face of the engagement. I draw from my network of PhD-trained collaborators and subject matter experts to form agile teams on a project-by-project basis.
My process typically involves leveraging my (and my team’s) research expertise to develop a comprehensive understanding of core culture challenges. We then collaborate with you to design, test, and refine interventions to communication practice.
Whenever possible and practical, we work with practices that are already working, and we aim to build from investments you’ve already made by working with existing data, and joining forces with your existing collaborators.
A communication practice lens is unique. It just might be the missing link that can bring greater success to your ongoing initiatives.
